Pizza Margherita

The Pizza Margherita is the true classic Italian pizza and owes its name to the 19th-century Italian queen Margherita. This pizza was topped in the colors of the Italian flag: the red of the tomato sauce, the white of the mozzarella, and the green of the basil.
